- Level B $113157 $Superannuation (pro rata part time)

As a Teaching Fellow you will:
- Deliver innovative and effective teaching practices to enhance student learning success and engagement.
- Apply industry insights and research to enrich student experiences and learning resources.
- Collaborate with teaching teams to develop and refine curricula assessments and professional education experiences.
- Design inclusive learnerfocused content and integrate contemporary pedagogical research.
- Provide timely constructive feedback and academic support to foster student development.
- Contribute to teaching scholarship and research in educational or disciplinebased pedagogy.
To be successful youll have:
- PhD (completed near completion or enrolled) in a relevant field or equivalent accreditation.
- Passion for teaching with the ability to enhance student success and engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ability to provide timely constructive feedback and academic support to students.
