As a Teaching Fellow you will:

  • Deliver innovative and effective teaching practices to enhance student learning success and engagement.
  • Apply industry insights and research to enrich student experiences and learning resources.
  • Collaborate with teaching teams to develop and refine curricula assessments and professional education experiences.
  • Design inclusive learnerfocused content and integrate contemporary pedagogical research.
  • Provide timely constructive feedback and academic support to foster student development.
  • Contribute to teaching scholarship and research in educational or disciplinebased pedagogy.

To be successful youll have:

  • PhD (completed near completion or enrolled) in a relevant field or equivalent accreditation.
  • Passion for teaching with the ability to enhance student success and engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to provide timely constructive feedback and academic support to students.
