Job Description
Introduction
Our client is seeking a Manager: Financial Shared Services to join their team. Duties include develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives ensuring robust internal controls and statutory compliance. Manage a highperforming team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. Oversee budgeting financial analysis and reporting and manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
Minimum Requirements:
- BCom Honours in Accounting or Finance.
- 710 years of progressive experience in a senior finance leadership role preferably within a shared services environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a serviceoriented team.
- Deep understanding of financial processes systems and best practices.
- Expertise in budgeting forecasting financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing external audits and tax engagements.
- CA (SA) or MBA preferred.
