Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in researching legal issues related to corporate law contracts compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Review and summarize contracts agreements and legal documents under supervision.
  • Support in drafting legal memos policies and internal reports.
  • Help track legal and compliance requirements for the company and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in document preparation for litigation regulatory filings and corporate governance matters.
  • Attend and take notes during legal team meetings and external hearings or depositions when appropriate.
  • Assist in reviewing and organizing legal files contracts and case documents.
  • Conduct due diligence research on potential business partners vendors or other legal matters.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a J.D. (Juris Doctor) or related degree in Law PreLaw or a similar field.
  • Strong research and legal writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of corporate contract and business law preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
