Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in researching legal issues related to corporate law contracts compliance and regulatory matters.
- Review and summarize contracts agreements and legal documents under supervision.
- Support in drafting legal memos policies and internal reports.
- Help track legal and compliance requirements for the company and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in document preparation for litigation regulatory filings and corporate governance matters.
- Attend and take notes during legal team meetings and external hearings or depositions when appropriate.
- Assist in reviewing and organizing legal files contracts and case documents.
- Conduct due diligence research on potential business partners vendors or other legal matters.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a J.D. (Juris Doctor) or related degree in Law PreLaw or a similar field.
- Strong research and legal writing skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of corporate contract and business law preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
