Construction Project Manager

Konik is partnered with a growing organization who is adding a Project Manager for construction new builds and additions.
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Perform initial scoping and estimating for assigned projects
- Provide support for planning and preconstruction activities
- Monitor project financials and ensure project budgets
- Work in collaboration with other support staff and project team members
Construction Project Manager Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in managing commercial public healthcare or educational construction projects
- Strong and polished communication skills
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or similar
- Ability to multitask and maintain professional relationships with internal and external teams
