About You:
- You have a strong interest infitness leadership and want to develop your skills in team support instructor development and program coordination.
- Youre aqualified group fitness instructor with experience teaching multiple class types.
- Youre looking to gain experience inrecruiting onboarding and mentoring instructors.
- You enjoy working in afastpaced environment assisting with daytoday operations and learning from an experienced Program Director.
- You have strong organisational skills and a keen eye foropportunities to improve programs.
What Will Your Day Look Like
As anAssistant Program Director youll spend a minimum of 20 hours per week working closely with the TFP Program Director providing support in various aspects of group fitness operations. This role is designed to help you grow and develop while contributing to a strong and motivated team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with instructor training and development
- Supporting the scheduling and management of group fitness timetables
- Helping onboard and mentor new instructors
- Teaching classes across multiple modalities
- Providing administrative support including payroll and invoicing assistance
- Communicating with instructors and ensuring they feel supported
- Learning and developing your leadership skills in a collaborative environment
What Youll Need:
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Certificate III/IV in Fitness or relevant qualification
