Job Description
Job Summary:
Village Caregiving located in Bowling Green Kentucky is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Inhome Caregiver. This is a parttime hourly healthcare/medical job located in the city of Scottsville. As an Inhome Caregiver you will provide assistance and support to clients in their homes helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing grooming dressing and medication reminders
Create a safe and comfortable environment for clients ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing
Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry meal preparation and errand running
Assist with mobility and transferring as needed
Engage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and stimulation
Document and report any changes in clients health or behavior
Maintain open communication with clients and their families to ensure their needs are being met
Attend training and meetings as required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Previous experience in caregiving healthcare or a related field is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must pass a background check and drug test
Must be willing to provide personal care including bathing and toileting assistance
Must have the physical ability to lift push and pull up to 50 pounds and be able to stand walk and bend for extended periods of time
