- Design andrefine tariff models toremaincompetitive and aligned with industry trends customer needs and green energy initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and gather user insights to ensure our energy tariffs meet customer expectations and industry standards.
- Work cross functionalandclosely with Engineering Product Design and the Billing team to implement technical and strategic improvements.
- Align product enhancements with core KPIs to drive business success.
- Maintain adherence to energy market regulations and uphold transparency and trust in all billing practices and tariff offerings.
What can you bring
- Energy Industry Expertise:Proven experience in the energy sector with a deep understanding of how tariffs and pricing work ideally from an energy supplier smart meter company or a firm specializing in billing systems for energy companies.
- Product Management Skills:Demonstratedability to manage complex products lead crossfunctional teams and deliver impactful results.
- Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with billing software systems and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams on technical improvements.
- Analytical Skills:Strong capability to analyze market data and customer feedback translating insights into strategic decisions.
- CustomerCentric Mindset:Commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs driving satisfaction and fostering the adoption of green energy solutions.
