Job Description

A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Distribution Coordinator at MKS Instruments you will partner with our warehouse department assisting in the shipment and receiving of goods. In this role you will report to the Materials Supervisor.

You Will Make an Impact By:
Responsible for performing the physical or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping receiving storing and distributing of materials parts supplies and equipment.
Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices maintains records of received goods rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.
Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift.
Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment.
Examines stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
Prepare kitting packages for assembly production and customers.

Have basic knowledge in Inventory Control.

Skills You Bring:
Completion of high school vocational training or equivalent is preferred.

Requires experience in shipping receiving and stores and reading writing and basic arithmetic skills.

2 years of related experience in a warehouse environment

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to remain in a stationary position for 5075 of the time.

Shift flexibility.
