Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing endtoend sales responsibilities including customer service and developing relationships with customers
- Attend daily training sessions and workshops to increase product knowledge and to stay current with all of our clients products services and pricing
- Develop product knowledge and practice active listening with customers and clients in order to translate that knowledge into tailored solutions with each customer interaction
- Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally addressing client inquiries concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements:- 13 years of customer service sales or retail experience is an asset
- Customerfocused and serviceoriented mindset

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
