PASSPSB Therapist; LSW or LPC
Compensation: Starting at $55000
$2500 Sign on bonus!
The PASSPSB Therapistwith National Youth Advocate Program are treatment providers and advocates for all youth served in the program consistently working to uphold the dignity of the youth by advocating for compassionate fair and just treatment.
Serving youth from ages 12 to 18 and their families in a holistic approach. PASSPSB (Practicing Alternatives and Safe Solutions to Problematic Sexual Behavior)works to complete riskand diagnostic assessmentsas well as conduct officebased therapy and treatment for youth and their families who are adjudicated of sexual based offenses. Training to provideCSAYC certification will be provided.

Responsibilities
Provide group individual and family counseling in the office daily and/or weekly.
Conduct Standardized Risk Assessments and Diagnostic Assessments using JSOAP and PROFESOR .
Assist in implementing goals and objectives of the treatment plans.
Meet weekly with the treatment team(s).
Attend professional/development trainings and team meetings; obtainCSAYC certification.
Minimum Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
- Active and valid LSW or LPC licensure required.
- Experience in providing both individual and family therapy preferred.
Driving and Vehicle Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Good driving record
- Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100000/$300000 bodily injury liability
