Summary
The Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) team is looking to hire an Enterprise Data Risk Associate Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing thorough accurate and wellwritten responses to regulatory inquiries and internal audit requests pertaining to data and technology. This role will involve collaborating with various teams across the enterprise to gather relevant information ensure datarelated requests are met appropriately and demonstrate successful implementations and remediations. The successful candidate will also have a strong background in both Risk Management and Data & Analytics as well as a talent for storytelling narrativebuilding and writing in general.
Major Duties
Oversee and document the progress and completion of the most complex Enterprisewide initiatives pertaining to Data Risk and its respective regulatory requirements. Compose remediation closing packages to ensure evidence is successfully captured for internal audiences including Audit and various committees of Northern Trusts Board of Directors as well as external regulatory audiences such as the Federal Reserve Board (FRB). Leverage strong relationship management skills ensuring key stakeholders are compliant to various Policies and Standards pertaining to Data and leveraging expertise. Liaise between Data/Technology teams and various internal Quality Control and Audit entities ensuring technical expertise and accomplishments are successfully communicated evidenced and comprehensible to nonspecialist stakeholders and third parties. Operate flexibly within multiyear Enterprisewide project plans at the Capability Milestone and Task level ensuring evidencing deadlines are met to a high degree of quality. Challenge when appropriate approaches taken regarding Data Risk and remediations. Travel approximately twice a year to internal committees and forums and potentially industry conferences to build relationships identify emerging data risks for Northern Trust and maintain uptodate knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices. Build (and potentially deliver) presentations to CSuite audiences pertaining to the above.

Salary Range:
$USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
