Job Description

About the role

The Contract Specialist will manage all aspects of the contract lifecycle including drafting from approved templates negotiation and administration while ensuring compliance with organizational policies. This role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across legal procurement and other departments. Strong administration and organizational skills are essential. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining contracts with subcontractors managing a contract registry to track deadlines and approvals for renewals and amendments and track contract compliance.  


Qualifications :

What you bring

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or related field
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience as a Contracts Specialist or similar role
  • Strong administrative skills and high proficiency in MS Excel MS Word and Acrobat Professional.
  • Understanding contract management best practices.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools with experience using databases document management systems and electronic signature platforms
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering highquality results and customer service excellence
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and to plan and prioritise your own workload act on own initiative and effectively manage a multifaceted workload. Ethics and values focused
  • Selfmotivator comfortable with working remotely
  • Must successfully pass a Criminal Record Check
