What youll do at Elekta
As a Specialist at our Service Operations department within Elekta Business Services in Poland you will provide critical support for the organizations service structures. Reporting to the EBS Manager you will be responsible for tasks such as creating and maintaining service agreements generating and distributing invoices resolving billing queries and participating in various process optimization initiatives. Your contribution will help ensure the smooth efficient and customerfocused operation of Elektas services.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
Create and maintain Service Agreements in CLM throughout their duration
Generate and distribute Service Invoices in a timely manner
Resolve customer billing queries and follow up on cash collection
Oversee Brachy Source Logistics administration and manage Detractor Surveys
Participate in process optimization initiatives and projects
Support additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Director related to business or department development
The right stuff
You are a detailoriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You have a collaborative spirit and enjoy solving complex problems while driving continuous improvements. You possess strong communication skills in both English and French enabling you to effectively interact with international teams and clients.
Youll also have:

Ownership and accountability for individual and team results
A problemsolving mindset with the ability to simplify workflows
High attention to detail and focus on quality
Adaptability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
What you bring
You have a strong financial or economic background a solid understanding of ERP systems and a track record of delivering results in business operations. Youre eager to take on challenges that combine administrative responsibilities stakeholder collaboration and process optimization.
We believe you must have:
Financial or economic studies (technical science or related fields is a plus)
4 years of experience in business operations
Working experience in ERP preferably Movex; knowledge of ERP architecture
Advanced English and French (spoken and written)
Proficiency in MS Office
Analytical skills multitasking ability and a strong team spirit
