Job Description
NQ Solicitor Residential Real Estate Chelmsford with hybrid working
Client
A full service leading UK law firm who advise businesses government public sector organisations and individuals in the UK and internationally.
Role
Acting for a range of clients albeit largely corporate entities onadiverse range of residential property financial matters
Purchase and financing of freehold/leasehold properties of varying value and complexity
Mainstream residential conveyancing to support the wider practice including for high net wealth individuals
Working alongside and developing relationships with clients and brokers
You
NQ3 solicitor / legal executive with NQ post qualification experience in Residential Real Estate law
An ability to actively market within this specialist sector and to focus on growing new relationships
Experienced real estate paralegals will also be considered
