Job Description
We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team! The right candidatewill be ambitioushave excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Daytoday tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customers needs.

Responsibilities
- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies
- Perform highquality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Followup with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses
- Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year of Automotive Sales Experience
- Selfmotivated and a team player
- Answer Internet Leads within the required time and provide sufficient information
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers on inquiry after the sale and for repeat business
- Available to work flexible hours andSaturdays
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs eager to improve
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional wellgroomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
