Job Description
Applicants for this position must be current UNF students who are eligible for and accept Federal Work Study funding; must be enrolled in at least six semester hours; and must have met satisfactory academic progress requirements in order to receive financial aid. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook Strong communication and written skills Highly organized ability to multitask Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer candidates with customer service and technology experience/skills.
