What Youll Do
- Complete industrial construction projects including: concrete work posttensioning waterproofing structural rehab slab on grade etc.
- Use hand and power tools such as an angle grinder concrete saw chipping hammer etc.
- Operate industrial construction equipment and tools in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Attend training regarding applicable equipment
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
- Mentor and train team members on proper equipment use
- Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
- Follow OSHA EPA and company safety policies rules and regulations
What Youll Need
- Must be able to travel for work and stay on travel job sites for up to 2 weeks
- Possess knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures in the industrial construction field
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds climb ladders and steps work outside under all weather conditions
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Valid drivers license with current motor vehicle insurance and a clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in construction and or manufacturing environment
- Able to multitask and collaborate effectively within a functional technical multidiscipline and team to plan and meet aggressive deadlines
Your Education
- High School Diploma GED or equivalent experience preferred
