$70$80k/year (CommissionBased)

We are looking for a passionate Automotive Sales and Leasing Associate to join our team at LutherBurnsville Volkswagen. Are you in customer service and looking to upgrade your career Are you in sales and looking for a new challenge As part of our sales team you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with customers educating them on vehicle features and processing customer information. Join our small staff selling both new Volkswagens and used vehicles of many makes. Burnsville Volkswagen offers a fun positive stable environment to sell vehicles rich in technology fun to drive with great safety and value. Vehicles include a great SUV lineup fun to drive and value laden Jetta sporty hot hatch GTI and the all electric ID.4 PLUS two new EVs debuting in 2024....the ID.7 and the ID.Buzz electric VW van! We are looking for highly motivated and customerservice focused individuals to help us cultivate relationships with our current customers and attract new ones. Luther Automotive is the Midwests premier family owned dealership group which offers advantages including marketing support positive name recognition and sales benefits which includes the Luther Advantage with all vehicles purchased (carwash and fuel discounts at Holiday additional warranty on all preowned vehicles exchange and return policy on preowned vehicles).

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with potential customers and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with customers via text phone email inperson and recorded video messages.
  • Perform high quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
  • Present sales quotes and trade evaluations.
  • Overcome objections and find solutions towards the sale.
  • Inform about and endorse optional protection packages.
  • Vehicle delivery process including vehicletutorial and customer enrollment in connected car services etc.
  • Participate in professional networking events.
  • Ensure customer complaints are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Generate referrals and online reviews.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Energetic and self motivated.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Sales experience or customer service experience.
  • Available to work two evenings per week and Saturdays. We are closed Sundays.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional well groomed personal appearance.
  • Willing to submit topreemployment background and driving record check
