To proactively promote a virtual/remote relationshipbased offering by being a dedicated and primary point of contact for clients in the Prestige/Executive Banking segment (and Private Banking where required) through the provision of banking solutions which meet their needs and in accordance with the specified value propositions.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively manages portfolio to maximise revenue for the Bank minimises costs and risks whilst maintaining and entrenching the customers relationship with the Bank.
- Identifies alternative solutions in order to meet customer demand whilst still meeting the banks profitability risk and compliance requirements aiming for a winwin situation for both customer and the bank
- Conducts a financial needs analysis with all new and existing customers to ensure that product opportunities identified are appropriate to meet their needs and priorities
- Resolves customer requests tactfully and within set service level agreements (SLAs) whilst not compromising the client or the banks interests / reputation.
Qualifications :
- First Degree in any Business or Commerce related field
Experience
- At least 34 years Experience in sales and relationship management of clients and able to drive profitability and build relationships. Proven sales track record in the financial services industry. Knowledge of the banks products services and digital platforms.
