You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Production Designer I (PDI) is responsible for converting client data into custom prosthetic device designs using various software tools. Additionally PDI is responsible for documenting procedures and participating in continuous improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
Design in various software environments to create customfit prosthetic device designs working with the Production Designer II for all revision reviews.
Use calibrated tools to collect measurements from physical casts or utilize CAD software to analyze digital scans and/or scale digital images.
Analyze client data and collaborate with clinical experts to establish a design framework.
Generate design documentation and communicate considerations for customerfacing departments.
Work closely with inhouse clinical experts to evaluate the fit of devices on the enduser. Implement and recommend modifications to existing designs as needed.
Transfer CAD design files to ERP software manage the bill of materials and work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that the product aligns with the design specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot productionrelated challenges related to custom product design and recommend solutions.
Adhere to established requirements and procedures within the Quality Management System (QMS)
Build relationships with key stakeholders to establish trust and credibility as a design professional.
Exercise good use of company funds and property within the set guidelines. Always maintains an honest and professional attitude as the companys representative.
Contribute to a safe working environment by maintaining own workspace and reporting any potential hazards.
Qualifications:
Vocation certification or an Associates degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in CAD design systems.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Selfmotivated and dependable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well as a team member and leader.
Ability to perform in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
Attention to detail thoroughness.
Openmindedness creativity.
Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred knowledge in prosthetic device design.

The US base hourly rate for this fulltime position is $21.00 $25.00 benefits. Our ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
