The Client Executive role is an individual contributor B2B outside sales position that proactively manages a multistate geographic sales territory calling on hospitals / health systems and their senior level decision makers typically Chief Nursing Officers Directors of Education VPs of Human Resources etc. The Client Executive will establish and cultivate relationships with both new and existing healthcare clients in the region through regular contact (phone calls emails meetings) with them. This position sellforour Education Solutions team selling CE Direct the bestknown and most widely respect clinical continuing education content solution in the market plus assessments onboarding and the Relias Learning Management System.


WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

  • Independently managing time territory and travel in a way that maximizes the number of sales calls anddirect inperson customer interactions.
  • Consistent and detailed use of Relias CRM system to track and manage all sales activities and pipelineopportunities.
  • Prospecting for new clients through email and phone campaigns.
  • Preparing and presents customized proposals and agreements to prospective clients including detaileddemonstrations of our education and clinical solutions.
  • Effectively utilizing technology to facilitate remote presentations over the Internet.
  • Promoting a positive image for the Company by participating in tradeshows professional organizations andcommunity functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

YOUVE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

  • Must have proven record of exceeding sales quotas over an extended period in a B2B outside sales territorywithin the last 2 years.
  • Expertise with technology (Salesforce Excel forms and formulas Webex Learning ManagementSystems webbased software applications etc.
  • Strong writing skills are critical
  • High level of organization skill and experience managing a multistate outside sales territory from a homeoffice
  • Highly developed presentation and standup facilitation skills
  • Solid knowledge of hospital business operations and healthcare education tools including LMS platformscontent portals and adult learning principles
  • Proven experience calling on toplevel executives in a healthcare setting (CNO CFO Dir. Of Education Dir. of Professional Practice VP of HR CTO etc.
  • Strong knowledge of hosted software applications (SaaS model) and how business systems integrate. Musthave advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and ability to conductindependent market research on the internet.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONREQUIRED (MINIMUM)

  • 5 7 years of outside sales experience in a B2B sales role selling into senior leadership at hospitals and health systems
  • Bachelors degree in business nursing or related field

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION PREFERRED

  • MBA a plus
  • Experience selling SaaS software solutions
