Pathways Inc. is looking for compassionate people to fill direct service positions (full time and part time all shifts) at our mental health program Lake Breeze Community Residence for Children and Youth located in Canandaigua NY.

Nature of Work:
A Senior Counselor is a compassionate and patient human services professional who has a drive and passion for the mental health field. They conduct themselves with a high level of professionalism and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As a Senior Counselor you will be an integral member of the team by your direct involvement in the development of individualized service plans for the children and youth diagnosed with serious emotional disturbance that are enrolled in the program. You will also plan implement and document direct services provided to the youth and family in an effort to improve their functioning quality of life and support reunification. Senior Counselors employ strengthsbased traumainformed practices as they support youth families and model for other directcare staffpeople.
