Job Title: Registered Nurse RN Visit Nurse
Compensation: $40 to $44 per Visit $4000 in BonusesDuring First Year of Employment

Position Summary: Nurses looking for autonomy and varietyshould consider practicing in home health care the fastest growing segment ofthe healthcare industry as an RN Visit Nurse. Provide care for clients intheir home environments building meaningful relationships by helping themachieve their goals to remain healthy at home.
Responsibilities:
Assessing and reevaluating the clientscondition and needs as required
Provide patient care according to the clientscare plan and needs
Teach the client and/or family members aboutcare and support skills
Communicate regularly with RN Case ManagersSupervisors and the Care Team
Qualifications:
COVID19 vaccination or documented exemptionrequired
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state ofMinnesota
Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)software is preferred
Prior Nursing experience in a Home HealthHospice or TCU setting is ideal
