Job Overview
We are looking for a Tool Room Engineer to join our team at Ample Leap. As a Tool Room Engineer you will be responsible for handling various tools and equipment used in manufacturing processes. This is a fulltime position based in Pune Maharashtra India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of tools used in manufacturing processes
- Proficient in operating drilling machines milling machines VMCs and grinding machines
- Ability to troubleshoot tooling issues and provide effective solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle and maintain various tools and equipment used in manufacturing processes
- Inspect calibrate and repair tools as needed
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely availability of tools and equipment
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and provide solutions
- Recommend improvements in tool room processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of tool usage and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with suppliers for tool procurement and maintenance services
