Job Description
True Brands is currently hiring for an onsite Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the warehouse andmonitoring the productivityof its staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees warehouse operations.
- Be the subject matter expert on our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Hires and manages warehouse associates.
- Organizes and leads warehouse trainings.
- Follows the standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Sets the shift schedule and daily assignments.
- Develops and improves warehouse processes and procedures.
- Supervises packaging receiving shipping and valueadded services activities.
- Completes packaging receiving shipping and valueadded service tasks as needed.
- Tracks inbound and outbound inventory.
- Collaborates with the customer service team and other departments.
- Escalates issues to managers and recommends potential solutions.
- Ensures the team follows company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Available to work nights (SundayThursday 5:00pm to 1:30 am)
- 24 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Able to handle multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Excellent time management skills and must be able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50000$65000 depending on experience level
