Role of SeniorSoftware Engineer .NET) We area high growth product company with a young team creating phenomenal socialimpact using technology. As a Senior Software Engineer (SSE) you would lead ateam of SEs and would be responsible for managing end to end delivery ofindividual modules including design and architecture.
Role of SoftwareEngineer .NET) As a SoftwareEngineer (SE) your role would primarily focus around strengthening the productby building and adding new features on the platform which would improveexisting product offering for companies colleges and students to interact.
Thisis a unique opportunity to use all your creative and technical talents to mouldan exciting web based interactive platform. The positions will be based out ofGurgaon. The role requirements are mentioned below.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- .NET programming to build a world class productwhich is scalable and secure (to be used by millions of users)
- Responsible for designing and appropriatelystructuring the code developing modules testing and productionalizing themodules
- Ownership of the delivery of modules
- Develop product release plans (based on businessneed & in alignment with product strategy) and ensure delivery as perrelease plan
- Deliver product releases in rapid iterations;Manage risks dependencies quality issues delivery and integration timelines
- Contribute individually as well as manage a teamof SEs (applicable in the case of SSE)
DesiredQualifications / Traits
- Good business acumen and analytical / problemsolving abilities (including eye for detail)
- Maturity and ability to handle stress anddemanding business requirements
- Self driven persistent action oriented andgoal driven
- A good team player with leadership abilities
- Integrity and professionalism in work
Experience
- 13 years (for SE) and 46 years (for SSE) strongexperience in .NET SQL Java Script and HTML
- Should have necessarily worked in a productcompany
- Strong programming and web development expertisein .NET
- Experienced in handling end to end modules /client delivery independently
- Should have managed a team of SEs (applicable in the case of SSE)
Compensation
Compensationranges between INR 7 lpa to INR 18 lpa depending on experience and skills.
