Job Description
Pathways Hospice and Palliative Care a premier Hospice and Palliative Care company in Chesterfield has an opportunity for a PRN QAPI Nurse. The duties include:
- Audit patient records for ongoing monitoring of documentation compliance
- Perform accurate and timely clinical reviews to meet deadlines
- Compile review analyze and graph audit data
- Maintain quality data and reports
- Work with hospice staff to follow up on audit results
- Collaborate with Compliance Team to identify performance improvement issues and staff educational needs
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Hospice required
- Must have attention to detail resulting in accurate outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills with a professional attitude demeanor and appearance
- Proficient computer skills including Word and Excel
