Schochet is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at Essex Village and Kings Grant Apartments.

Essex Village and Kings Grant is a 265 multifamily apartment community located in North Kingstown RI.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedules and assists with daily operations (service orders repaints/recarpets apartment turnovers etc.
- Coordinate service contracts and oversee any vendor and contractor activities
- Communicate effectively with residents fellow associates vendors and supervisors
- Inspect vacated apartments and complete makeready checklist and inform manager of needed services and repairs
- Required to be available and often onsite in the event of a weather or property emergency
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of daytoday maintenance operations of the property. Train and mentor maintenance team. Will be hands on as well as administrative responsibilities. This role requires proactive communication and collaboration with the property manager to address daily maintenance operations of the property. Must have extensive experience with plumbing electrical HVAC appliance repair and of unit turnover procedures. Minimum of 35 years of residential property maintenance and supervisory experience required. Must live within 30 minutes ofNorth Kingstown for rotating oncall and have a valid drivers license and own transportation. $150 premium paid for all weeks that you are oncall additionally you are paid a time and a half rate for any emergency calls plus travel time.
