We are looking for an excellent Dental Assistant to join our Dental Practice!

Must have a minimum of 1year experience as a Dental assistant.

Job Duties:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (xrays).
- Take patients medical history blood pressure and pulse.
- Help patients feel comfortable before during and after dental treatment.
- Provide Pre/Post OP instructions for oral care following surgery or dental treatment procedures.
- Teach patients oral hygiene to maintain oral health (e.g. tooth brushing flossing and nutritional counseling).
- Take impressions of the patients teeth for study casts (models of teeth).
- Chart/enter a treatment into Dentrix Ascend.
Desired Profile/Background:
- MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Clean neat professional appearance.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Must work some Saturdays

- Fulltime. MonFri 8:00 am 5:00 pm Sat 8:00 am 2:00 pm
- Hourly Monthly Bonuses
- Pay rate $20.00$23.00
