We are in search of an experienced Admin Operations Manager to support our Compliance team sitting in Downtown Seattle! This is a fulltime 40hr) onsite role (no remote or hybrid) performing a full range of administrative support functions including: tracking and managing Smartsheet & Excel databases capturing auditing and reporting on compliance initiatives navigating employee portals preparing meeting materials and agendas communicating with senior stakeholders & clients and handling confidential or sensitive information. At times you will provide project management support for special assignments and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Manage district operations ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and client expectations.
  • Financial Management: Control costs review P&L statements and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Team Development: Lead and inspire teams to achieve exceptional performance and cultivate a culture of excellence.
  • Client Relations: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster longterm partnerships.
  • Operational Excellence: Utilize modern tools to enhance efficiency productivity and performance.

What You Bring to the Table

We seek visionary leaders who excel in people management strategic thinking and operational expertise.

Position Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Associates Degree or higher required
  • 2 years of progressive supervisory or management experience required
  • Data entry or data analytic experience required
  • Standard computer skills needed proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and data management software
  • Top notch customer service skills are essential
  • Must be responsible accountable objective and have a strong work ethic
  • Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
  • Conflict resolution and deescalation skills a plus
  • All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
  • Strong organizational administrative and time management skills needed
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills needed
  • Must have the ability to multitask and priorities tasks
  • Must have a high level of integrity and professional discretion
  • Must have the ability to maintain composure and switch tasks efficiently in a rapidly changing environment
