We are hiring an Outpatient Physical Therapist at UofL Health Frazier Rehab on our NeuroRehab team
Location: 220 Abraham Flexner Way Lou KY 40202
Shift Options: Full Time 1st shift
About Us: The UofL Health Frazier Rehab Institute Center for Advanced NeuroRehab provides comprehensive neurological rehab services to patients with all types of neurological injuries or illnesses including brain injury spinal cord injury strokes/aneurysms and other neurological disorders. The Center for Advanced NeuroRehab offers innovative treatment using stateoftheart technologies designed to maximize functional recovery and independence.
Responsibilities
Job Summary
The physical therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients. In this role you will perform patient evaluation development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan delivery of treatment services and comprehensive discharge planning.
Qualifications
Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred):
BS/MS/DPT degree in physical therapy required.
DPT degree preferred.
Valid PT License Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy
Certification
CPR BLS through the American Heart Association.
Experience (required and preferred):
Experience in physical therapy preferred for outpatient positions.
Acute care physical therapy experience required for acute care positions.
