Position: RN Group Educator (Oneday events up to 52 events per year)
Location: Tuba City Clinic Tuba City AZ

Responsibilities:
- Conduct group and individual patient health education sessions
- Cover a range of topics including tobacco cessation alcohol/substance abuse education mental health diabetes education nutrition lifestyle choices high blood pressure management cardiovascular wellness and womens health wellness
- Engage participants with interactive and informative presentations
- Provide support and guidance to individuals seeking health education
Job Requirements:
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a health educator
- BLS certification
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in group education and patient interaction
- Knowledge of health education topics listed above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse audiences
- CPR certification (preferred)
