Job Description
This is a full time position working 12 hour rotating 2nd shifts2/2/3 from 6.00 pm to 6.00 am.

What youll be doing
Set up and run blown film extrusion machinery follow resin blends recipe communicate with your team and other departments perform changeovers troubleshoot film quality issues train your team and help us to get better!Set up and run blown film extrusion machinery by performing the following duties.
- Learn to read job specification sheet and determine the correct product specifications such as film width gauge and treat levels.
- Learn setups changeovers and general extrusion functions.
- Manage department paperwork related to manufactured materials.
- Perform all necessary quality checks required to insure product quality.
- Develop skills to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of all equipment in the department.
- Optimize product quality and productivity while controlling s.
- Any and all other duties as assigned by the manager and/or designee.
Job Requirement:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. High level of measuring ability.
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- A drive to succeed with a selfstarter approach and a cando attitude.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision color vision and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to high precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
