- Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Handyman for minimum 5 years
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
- Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades (must)
- Own truck or van (must)
- Current and valid drivers license
- Residence within 15 miles of the city of Little Rock North Little Rock Maumelle.
- Excellent troubleshooting analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Must be handy with app for communication and jobs
- Professional appearance and demeanor
