Job Description

Role: Software Engineer

Client: DefenseAerospace

Hourly Rate: up to $86/hr W2 nonbenefited

Length: 3 to 4 months

Location:100 Remote

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities U.S. citizenship is required.

Description:

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our rapid prototype engineering team for a 34 month assignment starting ASAP. In this role you will be responsible for GUI development from requirements analysis through defect resolution integration and testing.

We encourage you to apply if you have experience in any of the following areas:

Frontend development
GUI development
C programming
QT Graphic GUI development tools
Agile experience preferred

Required Skills:

Expertlevel understanding of electrical engineering computeraided design (CAD) tools and mixedsignal circuit analysis/design
Strong R&D experience and ability to stay ahead of technology trends
Proficiency in test troubleshooting and circuit card schematic analysis
Familiarity with the Mentor Tools Suite including schematic entry constraint manager and HyperLynx SI/PI analysis
Passion for innovation in design architectures assembly component selection and electronics design
Excellent collaboration and leadership skills with experience leading design teams for complex projects
Commitment to professional development for both yourself and your team

Required Education and Experience:

Requires a Bachelors degree in Software Engineering or a related Science Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8 years of jobrelated experience or a Masters degree plus 6 years of jobrelated experience.
