Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced selfdriven and motivated Team Leader to join our team! As our Team Leader you will be responsible for leading managing rewarding and motivating team members to ensuring their daily success.
Duties/responsibilities:
Set clear team goals
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Oversee daytoday teams operation and performance
Create a healthy and motivating work environment
Exceptional quality and safety standards
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines and quality expectations

Qualifications:
23 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role
23 years in manufacturing
Prior technical experience in electrical plumbing and/or carpentry is highly preferred
Good computer skills especially MS Excel
Critical thinker and problemsolving skills
Good timemanagement skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation:
The pay range listed is the base pay range that Satellite Shelters inc/Satellite Industries Inc. reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors including but not limited to a candidates qualifications skills competencies experience location and end client requirements).
