THE TEAM
The mission of the Store Management Department is to lead our specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver worldclass experiences.

Aritzia is growing and our Store Management team is growing with it. THE ROLE
As the Associate Boutique Manager you will:
- Lead the team to sell clothes deliver worldclass experiences and build loyal client relationships
- Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people in the right place at the right time
- Own or escalate details across People Clients Product Space Risk and Operations that enable an exceptional shopping experience
- Manage the daytoday performance of the retail team in support of business objectives enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
