The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR compliance and payroll processes to ensure smooth operations within the company. This role is vital to maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and managing employee benefits effectively.
Qualifications and Skills

- Proficiency in payroll processing ensuring accurate and timely payroll management for all employees.
- Strong ability to manage regulatory compliance tasks related to labor laws and employment standards.
- Experience in administering employee benefits to ensure competitive and fair offerings that align with company policies.
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws which allows you to address and mitigate any legal risks effectively.
- Familiarity with ESIC processes to seamlessly manage health insurance and related benefits for employees.
- Capability to conduct financial audits on payroll and benefits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret various employee and payroll data for informed decisionmaking.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all HR regulations and employment laws to mitigate legal risk.
- Manage payroll processing to ensure employees are compensated accurately and on schedule.
- Administer employee benefits programs ensuring that offerings remain competitive and compliant with company policies.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll records to verify accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide guidance on HR regulatory issues and serve as the point of contact for compliance inquiries.
