You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPerform daily monthly and other periodic accounting functions as assigned including but not limited to preparing journal entries spreadsheets and account reconciliations; drafting financial statements and other projects as assigned.
Complete federal and multistate partnership partnership trust foundation fiduciary and individual income and gift tax returns some complex.
Responsible for the integrity of the general ledger and financial statements of assigned entities ensuring a timely and accurate close is completed.
Maintain various management and financial reporting schedules for the assigned entities including summaries of key budget to actual variances and tracking of capital expenditure costs.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budgets for the assigned entities.
Prepare and/or review payment requests associated with the assigned entities.
Coordinate with the tax team for the preparation of the yearend tax schedules and workpapers.
Coordinate with the treasury team to forecast anticipated cash needs.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Bachelors degree in accounting
Minimum two years of work experience in tax and accounting
CPA designation is preferred but not required
Must be detail oriented
Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Word MS Excel MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
Proven experience successfully multitasking
Possess strong collaborative and communication skills
Must be extremely reliable and trustworthy and maintain confidentiality
