OUR MITIGATION PROJECT MANAGERS are all about:
Serving others in their time of need is not easy but with the right approach and people you will find the success in responding to emergency situations in homes and businesses caused by water fire flood storm mold trauma and other emergency situations.
A Day in the Life:
Professionally represent SERVPRO principles of honesty and integrity.
Learn and utilize the required computer system.
Maintain constant communication with property owner and insurance representatives as appropriate.
Start jobs in a timely manner.
Inspect all assigned projects for progress and work excellence. Secure and record all required documents such as work authorizations change orders completion certificates etc.
Maintain documentation on personal inspections and project flow.
Seek relationships with insurance professionals tradespeople consumers and others to help obtain more work for you and the company.
Maintain professionalism with project conditions:
Address punch list items and manage job to speedy conclusion.
Interface with other SERVPRO associates owner and accountant regarding project progress status completion and collections.
Professionally handle any concerns or complaints.
Be willing to participate in additional professional training and/or certification programs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans including scope timeline budget and resource allocation.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing updates on project progress addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams subcontractors and vendors to assign tasks monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with industry regulations safety standards and company policies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that work meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenses track costs and identify opportunities to optimize spending and maximize profitability.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts permits change orders and reports.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges and obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle making timely decisions to keep projects on track.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes enhance efficiency and improve overall project management practices.
