Qualifications :
We welcome your application to our Health Safety and Fire Advisor vacancy if you have the following qualifications and skills:
- A solid grasp of UK health and safety legislation and compliance frameworks is essential including the Health and Safety at Work Act COSHH RIDDOR and CQC requirements.
- Handson experience with incident investigations risk assessments and data analysis is key.
- Exceptional organisational abilities particularly in maintaining centralised document repositories will help ensure smooth operations.
- Strong communication skills are vital with the confidence to present data and reports effectively to senior management.
- Proficiency in IT particularly with Excel is crucialalong with the ability to transform data into clear concise and visually engaging formats that drive insights and action.

We offer a fully remote working model or hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home and our support office in Cheltenham. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office with full flexibility around the days that work best for you and the rest working from home. Our office is conveniently located opposite the racecourse entrance and features a caf onsite free parking and beautiful parkland surroundings.
