Job Title: Dialysis Patient Care Technician (PCT) Flexible InHome or staffing Support via Herewith

The Role:
As a Dialysis Patient Care Technician (PCT) on the Herewith platform you will support clients undergoing PD/HDD dialysis by providing essential nonmedical homebased and/or inclinic care. This includes monitoring wellbeing offering emotional support assisting with daily routines and helping ensure adherence to aftercare protocols all in a personalized oneonone setting.
What Youll Do:
- Offer postdialysis support including hydration reminders light meal preparation and rest assistance
- Help clients maintain safety at home (mobility support fall prevention medication reminders)
- Provide emotional reassurance and companionship especially posttreatment
- Monitor for signs of fatigue dizziness or other dialysisrelated symptoms and communicate concerns
- Coordinate with family members or clinical teams as needed for followup care
Who You Are:
- You have experience working with dialysis patients or have a background as a PCT CNA or Medical Assistant (noncertified applicants with relevant experience are encouraged to apply)
- You understand the unique needs of individuals undergoing renal care and are passionate about improving their comfort and recovery
- You are professional dependable and skilled in compassionate communication
- You are comfortable using a mobile app to accept shifts manage availability and communicate with clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Dialysis Tech or Patient Care Technician
- Understanding of renal diet limitations and posttreatment fatigue
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
