Located in Morphettville South of Adelaide Charles Young is surrounded by activity and opportunity our home is perfectly situated to cater for all lifestyle choices. We are just a 5minute walk to and from public transport.

About the Opportunity
As the Care Manager your responsibilities will expand across clinical governance staff management ANACC and resident care.

  • Ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all residents
  • Developing monitoring and implementing nurse care plans assessing planning and evaluating existing care plans
  • Performing comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidents
  • Participating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Allity policies and procedures
  • Actively supervising training and mentoring all RNs and PCAs

About You

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience as a Manager/Coordinator within aged care
  • Knowledge of current aged care standards accreditation and auditing processes and ANACC
  • Commitment to delivering high quality care
  • Solid leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check provide proof of Flu & COVID19 Vaccination and possibly complete a NDIS Worker Screen.
