- Perform physical tasks including demolition removal of damaged materials and cleaning of job sites.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of equipment and materials.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Support skilled technicians and project managers as directed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Adhere to company policies and standards for quality workmanship and customer service.
- Previous experience in general labor or construction is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
- Valid drivers license.
