Job Description
What youll be doing
- Support clients on financial aspects
- Work in partnership with account managers to ensure payments and update accounts
- Follow up on contract denunciations and payment receipts
- Communicate with customers to obtain past due bill payments
- Respond to customer telephone calls regarding billing and accounts receivable
- Enter adjustments in different computer systems
- Extract reports in Excel and combine them in a single shipment according to customer preferences
- Submit quotes and invoices on the online portal
