Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for managing assigned programs in support of business objectives to ensure accounts satisfaction with service. This responsibility encompasses a variety of activities that require consistent directing planning scheduling and tracking of tasks.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Manage project from requirements through quality production and timely delivery.
- Document and receive signoff on requirements
- Maintain and update project plan shared internally and with client
- Maintain meeting notes and share with client
- Issue PARs and CARs as necessary
- Follow procedures in place
- Client billing and initial follow up on collections
- Contract knowledge should be in folder on desk
- Process documentation for backup to run project smoothly while out
- Understand project and budget
- Conduct business reviews to include CPIs
- Understand customers needs and structure and identify opportunities to bring in AM
- Change management
- Estimate projects for submission to AM
- Manage and track issues and close loop with client
- Internal escalation management
- Understand backend and IT process
- Manage new implementations
- Quality check proofs
Job Requirements:
- Detailoriented Organized customer centric multitasker good written and verbal communication skills team player selfstarter (task initiative and is assertive) knowledge of production process analytical management skills reliable BS Degree preferred
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma and Project Management certification preferred
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Requires mobility.
- Requires the use of office equipment such as multiline telephone systems fax machine telex copy machine computer and calculator.
- Requires reaching up to 24 inches. Requires the ability to distinguish letters numbers and symbols. Requires hand/eye coordination.
- Requires the ability to work long hours and endure stressful conditions.
- Ability to be extremely flexible.
- Regular predictable attendance required.
Work Environment:
- Work is performed in office environment.
- Constant contact with staff and customers.
