Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of HubSpot CRM solutions including customizations integrations and automation workflows.
- Collaborate with design management and client to understand the requirements.
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that align with industry best practices and company goals.
- Customize HubSpot modules templates and APIs to meet specific business requirements.
- Optimize HubSpot performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay uptodate with the latest HubSpot features and updates and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for HubSpot implementation and integration.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on CMS/CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Extensive experience with HubSpot CMS/CRM including proficiency in HubSpot APIs workflows custom objects and integrations.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript Python or Java.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React Vue).
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data modelling concepts.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g. HubSpot Developer Certification) preferred.
