FINANCIAL ANALYST 1
ABOUT YOU:
Are you a detailoriented multitasker with a knack for numbers and a passion for organization In this dynamic role youll juggle a variety of administrative and clerical duties from drafting contracts and rep agreements to keeping critical documents in order. But thats not allyour financial expertise will shine as you provide key accounting and analysis support for our Sales Finance team. YOU HAVE:
- Technical Skills.Excellent technical skills in accounting with strong systems aptitude and PC skills specifically spreadsheets (Excel) database (Access) general ledger experience and financial reporting software. Preferred Oracle systems G/L experience and BI Technology (Tableau/Power BI). Preferred SAP BPC financial reporting software experience.
- Attention to Detail.Strong analytical organizational and project management skills required.
- Great Communication Skills.Ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization.
- Experience.12 years of related experience.
- Education.4 year degree in Accounting or Finance.
YOU WILL:
- Sales Finance responsibilities and support including:
- Onboarding and offboarding of assigned independent sales reps.
- Maintain financial plans of assigned independent sales reps.
- Maintain customer account assignments of assigned sales reps.
- Support and adhoc reporting for assigned sales reps.
- Manage sales rep data for multiple organizations and business units including:
- Preparing and maintaining sales rep agreements.
- Maintaining sales rep master data to ensure accurate shipping and invoicing.
- Manage Oracle Sales Compensation for multiple organizations and business units:
- Monthly accounting close of Sale Compensation subsystem.
- Journal Entries and Balance Sheet reconciliations both with appropriate backup for sales rep overdraft and commission payable accounts.
- Quarterly and annual forecast and plan for sales rep overdraft and commission payable accounts.
- Monthly balance sheet variance analysis for sales rep overdraft and commission payable accounts.
- Uploading sales rep transactions.
- Troubleshooting system issues and errors and other subledger balancing.
- Testing of annual system updates and other code changes.
- Identify or assist in process improvements and updating of associated policies and procedures.
- Other duties:
- Ad hoc reporting to support Principal Financial Analysts.
- Help support sales marketing and operations questions.
- Participate in other finance projects as necessary.
- Typical/expected of overnight travel:
- Less than 5 annually.

Our Finance team combines traditional financial planning analysis and accounting with collaborative business decisionmaking and strategy directly supporting leadership in Marketing Sales Digital & Operations. Team members are expected to analyze data and provide recommendations across our specialized products lines including Yearbooks Class Rings Graduation Products and Professional the utilization of bestinclass technical software such as Workday Adaptive Planning Incorta SAP BPC Oracle Salesforce & the Microsoft Suite you will get to play a critical role in determining financial solutions that steer our Finance team is comprised of several subgroups including decision support FP&A operations and corporate but our success is directly related to a culture of crossteam collaboration.
