IT Acquisition Technical Lead

Position Overview

• Collaborate with the M&A Deal Team Integration Management Office (IMO) Project Managers and business stakeholders on acquisition integration project plans and status updates.
• Gather detailed technical and business requirements through various methods such as interviews document analysis surveys site visits business process descriptions use cases scenarios and workflow analysis.
• Perform risk management to identify communicate and mitigate acquisition ITrelated risks.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless of integration projects for newly acquired companies.
• Coordinate effectively with various business units technology teams and support teams to ensure that business requirements are delivered through technical solutions.
• Conduct and coordinate financial product market operational and related due diligence reviews to support IT integration planning and implementation.
• Validate resource requirements and develop IT integration cost estimates budgets and actuals.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Plan and implement IT infrastructure and manage office buildouts and closures.
• Serve as the primary PM for all office closures openings moves and consolidations.
• Work with and become a trusted advisor to multiple divisions within the World portfolio including Finance Commercial and Retail.
• Working experience as an ITPM in the Insurance industry is a positive.

• 7 years of M&A IT integration project experience required.
• 5 years of experience in infrastructure operations (e.g. onboarding offboarding network data center operations and endpoints).
• 3 years of experience coordinating with a team of Infrastructure Engineers required.
• 3 years of experience with Cloud Computing or SaaS Solutions required.
• 3 years of experience with Agency Management Systems.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage technical projects including identification of project scope requirements deliverables and coordination of project design and implementation activities.

• Demonstrated strong people skills leading and participating in a team environment.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Applicants must be organized and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels including end users preferred partners and executive management.
• Competency with indirect leadership and managing inhouse and outsourced delivery teams.
• Experience in business analysis requirements gathering and process improvement.
