This role will be responsible for loaner vehicles setting service appointments verifying appointments providing followup calls and informing the appropriate service advisor of upcoming arrivals.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Be the first and last impression of the service department
- Greet clients with a smile as they arrive
- Answer initial questions from the clients
- Answer phones and set appointments for our clients
- Assist clients with loaner vehicles
- Checkin & checkout loaner vehicles
Desired Skills Qualifications and Experience:
- Customer service focused and friendly
- Excel and Word proficient
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- A team player with impeccable honesty and integrity
- Able to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Willing to submit to preemployment drug screening and a background check
